You can either encourage her transformation or try to convince her to return back to being the brother she was born as. There are multiple endings based on the decisions you make along the way, adding replay value to an already addictive experience.

One thing I absolutely loved about the game is how it portrays consent throughout the entire journey. Consent is essential in any healthy relationship, and it's refreshing to see it emphasized so prominently in a game like this. If any character expresses discomfort or uncertainty about a particular situation, the game respects their boundaries and gives you options to explore different paths instead of forcing a predetermined outcome.
